This Christmas Day lunch will be held in the community hall at Epsom Methodist church. We serve lunch for about 60 people, who would otherwise be on their own. Our guests really appreciate this opportunity to share this day with other people. The day commences at 12.30 p.m. and ends about 4 p.m. This year we do need an assistant cook and would be grateful for a volunteer. Please contact Chris and Beryl Dempsey as below.
We also need volunteers to help before and on the day and if you would be able to come and help during these times then you would be most welcome and we can promise a happy, satisfying day. Please contact either the office or Chris and Beryl Dempsey. We also need a team to clear up from 4 p.m.— 6 p.m.
Volunteer drivers are also needed to bring people to the lunch and to take them home afterwards. In this case please give your names to Elaine or Trevor Bellinger on 01372 745295. or again into the office.
