Letter from the Synod Pastor

Dear All,

I wish to inform you that I am leaving my post as Synod Pastor with effect from 1st July 2010. I sense that God is calling me back into local ministry so will shortly, subject to the concurrence of the Surrey and Sussex Synod Area, become Minister at Oxted and Marsh Green.

This does mean that I will not be able to honour any commitments to lead Sunday morning worship after 1st July. I will be contacting those involved with these and my other commitments but if you are affected on a Sunday morning, please pass this news on to your pulpit supply secretary.

I have made so many wonderful friendships over the last two and a half years and my gratitude to you all is immense. I had not anticipated the developments which have taken place but know I must follow where God leads. May God bless you richly as you so wonderfully pursue the Mission of the Church.
