12th Epsom Brownies Guide Pack

In October the Brownies all aimed to earn their Designer badge: to do this the girls each designed an outfit they could wear on holiday, a poster to advertise Brownies, a badge for a special event and a cover for their favourite book. They all came up with some very good ideas and all were awarded the badge.

Once again Anne Richardson came to help the Brownies get the flower troughs ready for the winter.

There was no Brownie Meeting on 20^th October as there was a very special finale event held at Epsom Grandstand to celebrate 100 years of Girlguiding. All sections took part in various activities, saw a special cake being cut, and with the help of Community Television, renewed their promise at the same time as many other members of the Movement throughout the country.
