Lunch Club

Plate and cutlery

For our November meeting, we returned to the ‘Monkey Puzzle’ in Leatherhead Road, near Chessington World of Adventures, and a very popular choice it proved for the twelve people who attended. Heather and Roy joined us for their first meeting, and with the rest of us were well served by a very attentive waiter.

Our next meeting will be on 8th December and we will gather at the Queen Adelaide, 272 Kingston Road. Ewell, KT9 0SH. Apart from the normal extensive bar meals to which we have become accustomed, there is a carvery at £4.50. And if you were with us on our last visit in March 2010 when we each received a Diamond Club card, remember to bring it with you and get a starter or dessert for only £1.00.

If you don’t have a Club card, there is still time to get one if you go on-line to the Queen Adelaide Ewell, and click on ‘Dining Menu’.
