Lunch Club

The December meeting of the Lunch Club was reduced to only five people due to so many other seasonal commitments and illness. Despite that, the meal at Ye Olde King’s Head was as good as ever, and enjoyed by those present. To make the occasion a little more festive we had Christmas crackers, shared the jokes and wore the paper crowns.

For the January Lunch Club, we went for a third time to The Chessington Oak where we were again made very welcome and the service and food was very good. Although more people attended this, several of our regulars were still a bit under the weather. We missed them all and hope they will be better soon and will be able to join us at the next Lunch Club.

We have yet to decide a venue and a date for the February Lunch Club;  if you have any preferences please let Alan know in good time.
