Annual General Meeting 2011

The AGM will be held on Wednesday, 23rd November, at 19:30, in the Longhurst Room.

Your envelopes will posted to you in the next few days. These contain information about the AGM itself, and details of the members leaving the various committees by rotation, and nomination papers for your use.

Please return your nomination papers to the box to be left in the foyer.

May we also remind leaders or secretaries of organisations that they need to get their Annual Reports in very soon so that they can be prepared in time for the meeting.
