Remembrance

November is the month of Remembrance. Remembrance Sunday is on 13^th November, and elements of Remembrance will be incorporated into the Morning Service which will be taken by Revd. Donald Finnan, starting as normal at 10:30.

On Friday, 11^th November, at a few minutes before 11:00 a.m. the Mayor and Councillors will as usual be attending the War Memorial tablet erected on the southern side of the Clock Tower. There will be a short service, and ‘Last Post’ and ‘Reveille’ will be sounded. This is a very public gathering which is very well attended. Be there if you can.
